Against All Odds - Phil Collins

因為這首歌，就買了Phil Collins的精選專輯....

這是Live Aid的演唱會，主要是為了募款援助非洲伊索比亞的難民，而狄倫對此曾有一段爭論的發言，他說：

"I hope that some of the money…maybe they can just take a little bit of it, maybe…one or two million, maybe…and use it, say, to pay the mortgages on some of the farms and, the farmers here, owe to the banks…"
我希望部份的錢...也許他們可以用其中的一點點，也許...一百或兩百萬，也許...利用這些錢，表示，去支付一些農場的貸款，以及農民的，欠給銀行的部份...

當時被外界批評狄倫搞不清楚狀況，但這句話卻讓 Willie Nelson, Neil Young 興起了為美國農民募款的念頭，促成了之後的 Farm Aid演唱會，更讓美國社會重視了農民經濟的問題！而美國國會也在1987年通過了Agricultural Credit Act 來協助農民融資。

"Wouldn't it be great if we did something for our own farmers right here in America?"
