Knockin' On heaven's Door

這首歌大概是Dylan最廣為流傳的一首歌吧？翻唱的人不計其數，其中比較有名的就是Guns N' Roses，在台灣，周華健也有翻唱過，但我個人認為還是Dylan唱的最有味道。

這首歌首次出現在1973年電影「Pat Garrett And Billy The Kid 」！是Dylan為了電影所寫的，Billy The Kid是美國西部的傳奇人物，他和Pat Garrett是多年的好友，但後來Pat Garrett被任命為警長，於是他背叛了友情槍殺Billy The Kid，所以才會有這樣的歌詞，但後來這首歌卻變成著名的反戰歌曲。順帶一提，年輕的Dylan在此片也有擔綱演出！

Positively 4th Street

總而言之，這是一首罵人的歌！狄倫轉型玩搖滾樂的時候，受到不少過去民謠同伴的批評，於是狄倫寫了這首歌反擊，而"Positively 4th Street" 正是代表狄倫以前在格林威治村住過的第四街。

Lay Down Your Weary Tune

這首歌是1963年的秋天，迪倫在瓊拜雅位於加州的家中寫的。那時後，迪倫正在瓊拜雅家中作客，寫下了"The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll"，據說迪倫寫”Lay Down Your Weary Tune“這首歌原本是打算和瓊拜雅在Hollywood Bowl上一起合唱，沒想到瓊拜雅對這首歌很感冒。後來在錄製專輯“The times they are a-changin'”的期間，迪倫就把這首歌錄了下來，但卻沒收錄進去，直到1985年才發行在”Biograph“中。這首歌唯一表演的一次，就是同年10月26日在紐約的Carnegie Hall上，收錄在2005年"Live at Carnegie Hall 1963"的EP中。

至於為什麼瓊拜雅不和迪倫合唱這首歌，有人說，可能是她覺得迪倫在歌詞中偷偷暗諷她吧？不管如何，在1963年之後，迪倫也確實背棄了她，投向了搖滾樂的懷抱。
