這首歌的原始版本是“Someone's Got a Hold of My Heart”(歌詞不同)，應該是在錄製”Infidels“期間錄製的，後來被收錄在The Bootleg Series 1-3 (1991)裡，“Tight Connection To My Heart (Has Anybody Seen My Love)”則是在製作專輯“Empire Burlesque”時重新錄製，後來就收錄在該專輯裡。最後一次的現場演出，就是1993年在The Supper Club裡的演出！

By the way~ 據說，歌詞部份有一些是出自於1955年電影Sirocco(賽洛奇死城)裡的台詞
