Ohio - Neil Young

1970年5月4日，美國俄亥俄州東北部的肯特州立大學，學生在校園中抗議尼克森總統在越戰中出兵柬埔寨，當地政府出動了美國國民警衛隊出面鎮壓，面對手無寸鐵的學生，士兵卻因為恐慌而向群眾開槍，造成4名學生死亡，其中只有兩名學生實際參與抗議活動。事後，尼爾楊便寫了這首歌，他在專輯中寫到：

『 It's still hard to believe I had to write this song. It's ironic that I capitalized on the death of these American students. Probably the most important lesson ever learned at an American place of learning. David Crosby cried after this take. 』

有時候看到國外的影片，就會想著，台灣的歌手到底在幹嘛？國外樂手的Solo是完全隨興的從情緒中迸發出來的，那是要經過多久的爬格子苦練啊~ 台灣的Solo就像照本宣科，每次彈的都跟專輯一樣，聽起來超生硬，如果彈得不一樣，也是因為彈錯了。
